Data we collect
When you request a quote or a measurement visit, or send us a message, we collect:
- your first name, your phone number and, if you provide it, your email address;
- the postcode and commune of the project;
- your answers about the project (type of products, quantity, material, glazing, timeline, whether you want help with grant applications);
- any photos you choose to send;
- the page where you arrived on the site and the source of your visit, so we know how you found us.
Purpose
This data is used only to handle your request: to contact you, arrange the measurement visit, prepare your quote and, if you wish, prepare your grant applications.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep your data
Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact. Customer data is kept for the legal retention period for business records.
Recipients and processors
- Netlify, Inc. hosts the website and receives the forms.
- Plausible Analytics measures visits anonymously, without cookies and without personal data.
We never sell or pass on your data.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Visitor statistics are anonymous and cookieless.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@luxfenetres.lu. You can also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD).
